A supplier should not promise that every natural leather panel will look identical. It should explain normal variation and propose practical grading, shade grouping, and cutting controls. It should also avoid unsupported claims about sustainability, waterproofing, durability, chemical safety, recycled content, or material origin. Claims should be supported by product-specific documentation and testing where required.

Payment information deserves careful attention. The beneficiary name and account should be consistent with the contracted company or supported by a clear and verifiable explanation. Sudden requests to pay a different account should be confirmed independently through established contact details. Commercial urgency should never be used to discourage normal identity, bank, or contract verification.

Observe how the supplier handles mistakes during sampling. A capable factory identifies the cause, proposes corrective action, records the revision, and prevents recurrence.
